4 Tips Keep the Mood When Haid

Did you know, a week after the menstrual period, your body will produce a mixture of hormones that make you look and feel better. This caused an increase in estrogen which helps increase levels of dopamine while improving mood, cleanse the skin, and accelerates metabolism.

Then how do  poor mood commonly experienced by women during menstruation. Here are tips on improving your mood before, during, and after menstruation.

1. Add estrogen alone
There is a plant contains phytoestrogens that can offset our emotions during menstruation. Eat two daily servings of soy or beans at two weeks before menstruation.

2. To the spa

Go to the spa for a massage, especially on the face of a week before menstruation.

3. Overcome bloating
Feeling bloated? Bite of dark chocolate a week before and during menstrual. The flavonoids in chocolate help the body metabolize carbohydrates more quickly and reduce bloating.

4. Enjoy fish

Keep a good mood by eating at least two weekly servings of fish rich in omega-3s, like salmon or fish oil supplements. Healthy fats can improve your disposition and make the body more fit and fresh.
