Proper Stretching Before Exercise - Read Full Tips

ACTIVE exercise on the body of a person delivering a healthy and fit. However before doing strenuous activities, you'll want to squeeze in the process of stretching. In sites, stretching will increase flexibility, and overall performance.

Stretching before or after exercise has several functions, such as during exercise to prevent injury, increase range of motion, increase muscle work, provide flexibility, allowing for faster recovery and better muscle growth, and allows for a more active lifestyle later in life .

Here are tips to stretch before though the body:

1. Stretch for 5-10 minutes prior to the movement of low-intensity exercise.
2. Avoid stretching at random. Try sequentially from top to bottom, or from bottom to top. Stretching at random, will lead to irregular blood circulation, so it can sometimes cause nausea and dizziness.

3. Restrict the movement of stretching, do not make it hurt. If it gets painful, stretching means you're doing wrong. Stop it immediately!

4. After heavy exercise, do not leave the movement with the cooling of low intensity in the same period, it is a form of return to work of the heart back to normal
