How to Avoid Angry Fun - Read Full tips

Angry excess can have serious effects on your health. When angry, our body will release stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. If too many, these hormones can increase blood pressure and cause health problems.

When angry, we would feel the heart beat and breathing faster. When high levels of anger, there would be tension in the shoulders or even to make a fist. If you experience it, you should immediately control myself so as not to continue. How do I:

1.
Count to ten or more, according to the British Association of Anger Management (BAAM). Also try counting backwards from 20 while taking a deep breath and then breathe slowly. This will give you time to calm the body so you can avoid physical actions such as hitting.

2. Discuss the causes angry with a friend so that emotions can be channeled in a safe manner and help you get a different perspective on the situation.

3. Do diaphragmatic breathing that focusing on the contraction and release of the diaphragm muscle that separates the chest from the abdomen. When we breathe deeply, the lungs are fully expanded. It can help you to relax. Berkit steps do proper diaphragmatic breathing:

A. Sit or lie comfortably and loosen clothing.
B.Put one hand on the chest and one in the stomach.
C. Inhale through your nose and slowly count to three.
D. When you breathe deeply, feel your belly, not the chest.
E. Slowly breathe with pursed lips and count to six.
F. Repeat twice more.
