Overcome Mental Symptoms with Fatty Acids

A study concluded that omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish are effective for treating symptoms of psychosis.

Studies conducted by the AIIMS  Hospital of the Recognition and Prevention (RAP) Program, to test whether omega-3 fatty acids improve clinical symptoms, and helps those with 12-25 years of age are at high risk of psychiatric symptoms due to the school environment, employment, and environment other social.

"Of the 300 adolescents who had participated in the RAP program, most have shown a substantial increase," said Rishab jain, Ph.D., director of the Program (RAP) .

Omega 3 fatty acids essential for brain function and has been increasingly studied as potential treatments for medical and psychiatric disorders.

"If this study continues to show success, Omega 3 can offer a natural alternative to the various drugs and therapies. In the end, the goal of RAP Program is to prevent disease before symptoms become worse," he added.
